Changes to Terms

bohocasino reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to Users through at least one of the following methods:

Continued use of bohocasino services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the platform and close your Account.

Termination & Suspension

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of bohocasino's services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved primarily through good faith negotiations. Failing amicable resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Ontario, Canada.
